Where were you studying last year?

Last year, I studied at 2 schools.  I went from Assumption then to Whittlesea Secondary.

 

How did you hear about the Academy?

I got a message from Instagram about the school and then went on from there.

 

What was the application process like for you?

Casey and I Skyped each other and that was all – so pretty easy.

 

Did you have to convince your parents to let you attend or were they on board from the beginning?

Mum and Dad where on board from the start.

The best thing about attending The Academy, is learning heaps about the game inside and out, plus getting to use the gym and getting taught new skills everyday.

So, how has your first term gone so far, is it everything you expected?

Yes the school was everything I expected it to be.

 

What’s it like getting to hang out with footy legend Alex Rance while you’re at school?

Alex is a good bloke. It’s good to have him around because he teaches us really useful skills.

 

What is the best thing about attending The Academy?

The best thing about attending The Academy, is learning heaps about the game inside and out, plus getting to use the gym and getting taught new skills everyday.

What do you hope to do at the end of your studies at The Academy?

To get picked up and play AFL, if not a plumber.

 

If you could meet anyone famous (dead or alive) who would it be?

Katy Perry

 

Who is your biggest supporter?

My mum would be my biggest supporter, Dad tries to be, but it’s hard for him because he is always working.

 

What do you like to do when you’re not living and breathing footy?

In my spare time outside of footy, I like to catch up with my mates and go for a motorbike rides or go out skiing in Echuca.
